Rumble De-burr or Polished Finish
We acquired a new vibrating cabinet at the end of 2008 to offer another type of finish to our list. With choosing this method your parts will come to you completely free from burr's and will have a dull finish to them. If you choose the parts can be polished with the aid of using a different media. Graining
We offer a service of graining your parts at our own site of sizes up to 650mm wide and 200mm thick. This finish is like a single direction brushed effect on your parts. We do this finish mainly on stainless steel but is also available on other materials. Please contact us for further information.
Bead Blasting
If you require a satin uniform finish over your parts and need them to be clean of any marks then having them bead blasted is what you want. The main benefit of this is that you are able to do this after your parts have been fabricated or machined to any complex shape. Once bead blasted the parts can be coated or left with the satin effect depending on the use. Please contact us for further information
Mirror Polished
We hold stock of both stainless steel mirror polished tube and sheet. On top of that we also offer a polishing service for your fabricated. machined or laser cut parts. We will try and cater for any shape or size of parts. Please contact for further information.

Inspection
With doing high accuracy prototype work you need high accuracy measuring equipment. This is why we chose the Cimcore 3000i articulated coordinate measuring machine (CMM). This is accurate to +- 0.015mm over a 2.4m diameter, it is even better if your measuring small parts. Not only does this inspect parts once manufactured but you can reverse engineer your existing parts. Please contact for further information.
